Shipping Policy

Returns are handled through our Customer Service Center at 800-369-6939. Please refer to our Online Return Goods Policy.

Timing Most stock orders placed Monday through Friday by 3pm ET and are shipped the next business day. Shipping will not occur on Saturday or Sunday. Orders received over the weekend or on most Federal holidays will be shipped on the next business day.

Exceptions include:

  • Drop ship items which are shipped directly from the manufacturer – wholesaler and delivery times will vary.
  • Back ordered merchandise will ship as soon as the item becomes available.
  • General Shipping Policies
  • We ship UPS whenever possible.
  • We do not ship internationally.
  • All shipping charges and risk of loss are F.O.B. Seller's plant and are the responsibility of the purchaser. All related shipping and handling charges will be added to customer invoice.
  • We do not ship to Post Office boxes.
  • Oversized Items: Certain items have additional shipping charges due to their size and weight.
  • Shipments to HI, AK and Puerto Rico are sent Priority Mail.
  • We do not accept COD orders.

Missing or Wrong Items 
If your order is missing items or has been incorrectly filled, please contact our Customer Service at 800.369.6939. Short shipments should be reported within 5 days of receipt.

Damaged or Short Shipments
You are responsible for claim processing. If the shipment arrives damaged or with parts missing, contact the carrier immediately. Before we can make any adjustment, you must file the damage claim with the carrier. Be sure to save the product packaging. Damaged and short shipments must be reported within 5 days of receipt.
